No bail for suspect in murder
WORCESTER — An Austin Street man returned from New Jersey on a warrant charging him with murdering his roommate was ordered held without bail at his arraignment yesterday in Central District Court. Felix Garcia, also known as Javier Ramon Velez and Felix Delgado, 30, of 43 Austin St., is charged in the Oct. 25 fatal shooting of 26-year-old Juan Manuel Trejo Hernandez after what investigators said was an argument over a televised soccer game.
