Google to invest in Iraq
BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Rafie al-Issawi discussed with the chief of Google company on Sunday investment opportunities available in Iraq’s communications sector, according to a release by Issawi’s office. “Issawi and Eric Schmidt took up ways to launch investments in the communications field with the objective of providing better services for Iraqi citizens,” read the release as received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
