Global-warming legislation – fight isn't over
Although a vote on "climate change" legislation is being pushed into 2010, a leading think tank is warning people to stay on their toes. Prospects are looking dim for cap-and-trade legislation in 2009. In conjunction, America's failure to pass the legislation is having a negative effect on the upcoming Copenhagen climate treaty talks.
