It seems like there was a bit of a kerfuffle in Paris that has him fuming mad. An internet marketing company decided to stage a promotional stunt: they were going to drive a bus through the city throwing money at passers-by. The event was advertised heavily (Duh - it's a marketing company) and attracted large crowds.
