RICHLAND Sarah Palin didn’t wait to get inside Hastings bookstore this morning to greet the thousands of people who’d stood in line for hours to meet her. On the drive to her scheduled book signing at the 1425 George Washington Way store, Palin made an impromptu stop along Jadwin Avenue and Torbett Street to thank her fans.
